Rising Athletes of all sports can learn spped, agility, explosiveness, footwork, hand eye coordination, and confidence.
This can be customized to your sport and whats needed from field work or gym.
Working in small groups helps push each other and i have seen great things from this circuit type training.
I also run a 3 week package for small groups that can be discussed as well.
I typically bring a few other NFL players to help and we run stations and take over the practice to help build fundamentals and confidence, which also allows the coaches to see things they may not have seen during a normal practice.
